I’m Emilia Kim, and I’m hosting the world.
I’m a food and culture host based in Texas who has lived in five countries and traveled to over 50. Every week, on Hosting the World with Emilia Kim, I explore one country through its food, its hospitality traditions, and the rituals that bring people to the table. From Greece to Afghanistan, Ethiopia to Pakistan, Turkey to Madagascar, each episode is built on real cultural research, community fact-checking, and a deep respect for getting it right, not just making it pretty.
This is not a recipe channel. It is not a travel vlog. It is a study of how the world hosts, told by someone who has been hosted by it.
