Cuisine French
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs
- Salt & Pepper
- Fresh chives
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add heavy cream and whisk until smooth and well combined.
Heat a nonstick skillet over low to medium-low heat. Add the butter and let it melt gently.
Pour in the eggs. Using a spatula, stir slowly and continuously, pushing the eggs from the edges toward the center.
When the eggs are about 80% set but still slightly runny, add the Boursin in dollops. Stir gently so it melts into the eggs, creating creamy pockets.
Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat immediately (eggs will continue cooking slightly off the heat).
Serve warm, topped with fresh herbs if desired.
