Equipment

  • 1 clear glass
  • 2 small jars
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 Milk Frother
  • Measuring Spoons
  • 1 Straw

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Trader Joe's Maple Butter plus 2 teaspoons for cold foam part
  • ice enough to fill glass to the top
  • 1 cup oat milk Chobani Extra Creamy preferred
  • 2 tsp Nescafe Gold Espresso Powder
  • 1 tsp monk fruit sweetner or sugar
  • 4 tsp hot water
  • 4 tsp heavy cream
  • ground cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the glass

  • Take a clear glass and use a spoon to spread 1 tablespoon of Trader Joe’s Maple Butter around the inside. Fill the glass completely with ice. Pour in 1 cup of oat milk until it reaches the top. Set aside.

Make the Espresso Layer

  • In a small jar, add 2 teaspoons Nescafe Gold espresso powder, 1 teaspoon monk fruit sweetener, and 4 teaspoons of hot water. Use a frother to mix until dissolved, then continue frothing until very foamy. Pour this espresso mixture on top of the oat milk and ice.

Prepare the Cold Foam

  • In a separate small jar, combine 4 teaspoons heavy cream with 2 teaspoons Maple Butter. Froth until your desired consistency (about 40 seconds for a thick foam). Carefully pour the cold foam over the espresso layer.

Serve

  • Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top. Stir gently with a straw to combine and ENJOY!
