- 4 roma tomatoes cut into wedges
- 1 English cucumber sliced into thick half moons
- 1 green bell pepper sliced into strips
- 1/4 medium red onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 1 block Greek feta about 7 oz/ 200g
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil Greek preferred
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt & pepper to taste
Add the tomatoes, cucumber, green bell pepper, red onion, and Kalamata olives to a large bowl.
Season the vegetables with salt and black pepper.
Drizzle with the olive oil and toss gently.
Place the block of feta on top of the salad.
Add the feta block and add dried oregano.
Finish with an additional drizzle of olive oil over the feta.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
